Add/Remove/Manage Email Addresses
If you want to use email, it is a two step process. First you must set the email addresses up on your web server, then you must configure your local computer to receive the email. To setup the email address on your web server, follow the step below.
Create A New Email Address - In your Control Panel (if you are unsure how to access this, contact us) click the 'Email Accounts' icon in the Email Section. This link is where you can add, edit or remove email accounts on the web server. When you click this link it will display all email addresses currently setup, along with the current usage and quota space allowed in MB. At the top of the screen you can create a new email address by entering an email address, password, and mailbox quota size and then click 'Create Account'.
Change Password - Click this link to change the password for a particular email address.
Change Quota - Click this link to change the quota for a particular email address.
Delete - Click this link to delete a particular email address.
Webmail - You can access a person's webmail from here by clicking the 'More' button then selecting 'Access Webmail'. You will need the person's password though. For more information on Webmail, click here. The other option under 'More' is 'Configure Outlook'. I suggest not doing this, but configure it manually by following steps found here.
If you prefer to have your website email forwarded to an existing email address or want an alias address, follow these steps. An alias can be something like email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org that really just gets forwarded to your main email address like email@example.com.
Forwarding - On the home page of your Control Panel (if you are unsure how to access this, contact us) click the 'Forwarders' icon in the Email Section. If you have any forwarder rules already setup, they will display here along with options to Trace or Delete them. To add a new forwarder click 'Add Forwarder'. Then enter the alias/email address you want to forward followed by the destination email address you want it sent to.
