Increase in Brand

O’Neill’s Auto Body in New Holland PA wanted to increase their presence throughout the Lancaster County area and beyond. One of the primary challenges in marketing an auto body shop is that people only need their services when something goes amiss — nobody impulse buys auto body work. To expand their reach and drive results O’Neill’s needed to build a brand that drivers could engage with in a meaningful way.
WebTek created an integrated marketing plan for O’Neill’s with 2 distinct goals: creating memorable brand impressions and driving leads for elective services and products like detailing packages and SB3 ceramic coating. To achieve both of these goals we created content assets that provided value to drivers but always included an example a reminder that O’Neill’s was the right choice for emergency service. These beneficial assets were then promoted to precisely targeted audiences throughout the area. In addition, video and retargeting were used to support the primary campaigns.
By building impressions based around blogs and videos rather than simple images, O’Neil’s was able to create a longer-lasting brand that would stick with a driver up to the moment of them needing auto body repair. In addition, the education provided in the blog proved effective at upselling high-value elective items, such as detailing packages and SB3 ceramic coating. This integrated marketing plan shows that there is no substitute for consistent branding and educating your customer base.
We actually had a magazine in MN contact us about our body shop – they loved our website and they said not many body shops look that good on the web – so thank you!!!
